Your mission

Your field of application is backend development and, in part, its operation or the development of an operating concept. This includes

  • Development of Java backend services in a microservice architecture
  • Planning and implementation of interfaces according to REST and/or GraphQL
  • Data storage in various databases and formats
  • Testing the development at different levels (unit, integration and system tests)
  • Support in the operation of the services in a Kubernetes environment
  • Continuous identification and implementation of tools to improve existing applications and infrastructure
  • Developing ideas in a team, optimising and realising them together

Your profile

In a nutshell: Java development is your passion and you simply enjoy it.

In more detail:
  • You love development, especially Java programming and have already worked with Spring Boot
  • You already have some experience with distributed architectures, you are at least familiar with client-server principles
  • You are familiar with API development (REST or GraphQL)
  • You are open to new technologies like Kubernetes and have the motivation to constantly strive for improvements and grow
  • You have no fear of contact with Linux and Git
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • Good English skills; German is not a must, but a bonus
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or successful university studies or comparable experience in software development
